How to compress a PDF

Is my PDF uploaded to Kaziiko?
No. The compression runs inside your browser. Your file is never sent to our servers, so it is safe to use for ID copies, KRA documents and customer files.
How do I reduce a PDF to under 2MB?
Choose your PDF, pick “2 MB or less” and tap Compress PDF. The tool lowers the image resolution step by step until the file fits, then gives you a download.
Is there a page or size limit?
There is no page limit and no daily limit. Very large files (hundreds of pages) take longer and need a computer or a phone with enough memory.
Will the text still be readable?
Yes. The tool starts at 150 DPI, which keeps normal print clear, and only goes lower if it must to reach your target. Always open the compressed file and check it before you submit it.
Why can't I select or copy text after compressing?
To get the biggest size reduction, each page is saved as an image. That is fine for uploads and printing, but keep the original if you need to edit or copy text.
It says my PDF could not be made smaller. Why?
PDFs that are mostly typed text are already small, and saving them as images can make them bigger. Keep the original, or split the document into parts if a portal still rejects it.
