Review and release
Once your expert delivers, review the work. Satisfied? Approve it and payment is released. Not happy? Request a revision or open a dispute — we'll mediate.

M-Pesa Escrow — how it protects you
When you pay for an order, your M-Pesa payment is held in a secure escrow account. The expert never receives funds until you confirm the work is delivered to your satisfaction. If there is a dispute, we review the case and can issue a full refund. Your money is safe — always.

How long does a typical order take?
It depends on the service. Simple tasks like KRA PIN recovery or eCitizen account creation are often completed within a few hours. Complex services like AGPO registration or company setup may take 2–5 business days. Each listing shows the estimated delivery time upfront.
What if I'm not satisfied with the delivery?
You can request a free revision — most experts offer at least one. If you're still unsatisfied after revision, you can open a dispute and our team will review both sides and issue a refund if warranted.
Is my personal information safe?
Your documents and ID data are shared only with your assigned expert and are never sold or shared with third parties. Experts sign a confidentiality agreement as part of the verification process.
What is the 15% platform fee?
Kaziiko retains 15% of each order value to cover platform operations, payment processing, verification, and dispute resolution. Clients pay the listed price — the fee is deducted from the expert's payout.
Can I order for someone else (e.g. a family member abroad)?
Yes. Our Diaspora service is specifically designed for Kenyans in the UK, US, Canada, and elsewhere who need documents processed back home. Simply provide the required information and your expert handles everything in Kenya.
How do I become an expert?
Register an account, select 'Expert' as your role, complete your profile with your skills and location, then submit your ID and credentials for verification. Approved experts can start listing services within 48 hours.
