- Deduct items allowed before tax: NSSF KSh 6,480.00, SHIF KSh 3,850.00, Housing Levy KSh 2,100.00.
- Taxable pay = KSh 127,570.00.

- 25% on KSh 8,333.00 = KSh 2,083.25
- 30% on KSh 95,237.00 = KSh 28,571.10
- Subtract personal relief (KSh 2,400.00) โ PAYE = KSh 30,654.35.
- Net salary = gross โ PAYE โ SHIF โ NSSF โ Housing Levy = KSh 96,915.65.
