Are these PP2 certificate templates free?
Yes. All 20 templates are completely free to edit, download and print. No account is required to use them.
Can I add my school logo and pupil photo?
Yes. The editor lets you upload your school logo and pupil photos, which are embedded directly in the downloaded HTML file. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
How do I print the certificate?
Click the Print button in the editor — a new window opens with the certificate ready to print. For best quality, set your printer to Actual Size (not Fit to Page) and enable background printing to preserve colours.
What is the CBC PP2 certificate used for?
Schools in Kenya use PP2 certificates to recognise pupils who have completed Pre-Primary 2 and are moving to Grade 1 under the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). The certificate is issued by the school — it is not a government document.
Can a professional designer customise one further for my school?
Yes. Kaziiko has verified graphic designers who can customise certificates with your exact branding. Find a designer →
These templates are designed by Kaziiko for Kenyan pre-primary schools. They do not carry any Ministry of Education endorsement and are not official government documents. All editing happens in your browser — pupil data and photos are never stored on our servers.
