The TSC Opportunity — Who Needs You and Why

Why teachers are a goldmine most people ignore

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registers and employs every public-school teacher in Kenya — hundreds of thousands of people, all salaried, all needing the same handful of services again and again. Yet almost nobody offers TSC help on marketplaces. On Kaziiko alone, searches like 'tsc payslip', 'tsc number application' and 'tsc.go.ke' pull in thousands of views a month with barely anyone serving them.

Teachers are busy, often posted far from a good cyber café, and the TSC portals are not friendly. A teacher in Turkana who needs last month's payslip for a loan application does not want to fight tsc.go.ke — they want someone who already knows exactly where to click.

The services teachers actually pay for

You do not need to know everything about TSC. Master these six and you will never lack work:

• •TSC number registration for newly qualified teachers
• •Registration status check and printing the certificate of registration
• •Payslip access and download (for loans, visas, rentals)
• •TPAD completion support each term
• •Teacher-initiated transfers and detail/name updates
• •Guidance on promotions and advertised vacancies

The one rule that keeps you trusted

You will handle teachers' personal details, ID numbers and portal logins. Treat them the way Kaziiko's Document Responsibility Pledge requires: use the details only for that job, never store or share them, and delete them when the work is done. Teachers are a tight community — your reputation travels faster here than anywhere.
