5. Terms & Conditions
  1. As-Is Condition: The Buyer confirms they have inspected the goods and accepts them in their current condition, subject to any defects or faults disclosed above. The sale is final / subject to a X-day inspection period.
  2. Title & Ownership: Title and ownership of the goods shall pass to the Buyer only upon receipt of full payment of the agreed purchase price.
  3. Seller's Warranty: The Seller warrants that they are the rightful owner of the goods and that the goods are free from any undisclosed liens, charges or third-party claims.
  4. No Hidden Defects: The Seller confirms that all known defects have been disclosed to the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for latent defects not known at the time of sale.
  5. Return Policy: No returns accepted after delivery / Returns accepted within X days if goods do not match description.
  6. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 31) and the Laws of Kenya.
