4. Terms & Conditions
The Seller confirms they are the sole legal owner of the vehicle and has full authority to sell it.
The vehicle is sold in its present condition as seen and inspected by the Buyer on the date of this agreement.
The Seller warrants that the vehicle is free from encumbrance, liens, or any outstanding hire-purchase agreements as at the date of sale.
The Seller shall hand over the original logbook, keys and any spare keys to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price.
Transfer of ownership on NTSA shall be completed by the Buyer within 30 days of full payment. The Seller agrees to cooperate with all NTSA transfer requirements.
Risk and liability for the vehicle passes to the Buyer upon full payment and physical handover.
Any outstanding traffic fines, NTSA fees or government levies accrued before the date of handover remain the responsibility of the Seller.
