4. Terms & Conditions
  1. Revisions: The agreed number of revision rounds is included in the project fee. Additional revisions beyond this shall be charged at KSh X,XXX per round.
  2. Intellectual Property: All work product created under this contract shall become the sole property of the Client upon receipt of full payment. Until then, the Freelancer retains all rights to the work.
  3. Confidentiality: The Freelancer agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
  4. Late Payment: If the Client fails to make any payment within 7 days of the due date, the Freelancer may pause work until payment is received, without penalty.
  5. Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels this contract after work has commenced, the deposit paid is non-refundable. The Client shall pay for any completed milestones up to the date of cancellation.
  6. Cancellation by Freelancer: If the Freelancer is unable to complete the work, they shall refund any amounts paid for uncompleted milestones within 7 days of giving notice.
  7. Independent Contractor: The Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Freelancer is responsible for their own taxes and statutory deductions.
  8. Governing Law: This contract is governed by the Laws of Kenya.
